  1. Scoping. Week one. We design the study, draft the interview guide, and agree on customer segments.
  2. Recruit and schedule. Weeks two and three. We coordinate with your team to recruit participants from recent customers and recent losses.
  3. Interviews. Weeks three through five. 8 to 15 interviews conducted, recorded, and transcribed.
  4. Survey deployment. Concurrent with interviews if a quantitative layer is in scope.
  5. Synthesis. Weeks six and seven. Theme extraction, quote organization, and report writing.
  6. Readout and Q&A. 90-minute presentation with your team, plus follow-up recommendations.
