4. Iteration sprints. 4 to 10 additional sprints depending on scope. Client-visible demo every sprint.
5. Production deploy. Staging, QA, and a clean cutover to production with monitoring in place.
6. Handoff or retainer. Documentation, training, and either full handoff or a monthly retainer for ongoing work.
